ELIGIBILITY:

i. For admission to M.A./M.Sc./M.Com M.P.A./M.B.A. (Executive)/ L.L.B., the candidates must be graduates (holding or B.A, B.Sc., B.Com. degrees).

ii. For admission to B.Com and Diploma in Health & Physical education, the applicants must have passed I.Com./F.A./F.Sc. or equivalent with at least 2^nd Division .

iii. For admission to diploma in field assistant, veterinary assistant and poultry, the applicants must have passed Matric or equivalent with science at least 2^nd Division.

iv. The applicants who want to seek admission to M.A. Must be graduates from any HEC recognized University.

v. For admission to M.Sc. in Mathematics, the candidates must have passed B.Sc. Examination from any HEC recognized University with Mathematics (A&B Courses).

vi. For M.Ed. B.Ed: with 2^nd Division.

vii. Diploma in Musicology (1 years): Matric

viii. There is no upper age limit for admission to any program.

ix. At least 45% aggregate marks in the graduation or equivalent examination under annual system and grade “C” semester system are mandatory for admission to all postgraduate programs.

I. Last date for the receipt of applications: December 4^th 2012 (Tuesday)

II. Display of First Merit list of selected candidates: 14th December 2012 (Friday)

III. Last date for Payment of dues (first list ): 18^th December 2012 (Tuesday)

IV. Display of Second Merit list of selected candidates:21th December 2012 (Friday)

V. Last date for Payment of dues (second list ): 24th December 2012 (Monday)

VI. Display of Third Merit list of selected candidates: 25^th December 2012 (Tuesday)

VII. Last date for Payment of dues (third list): 31^st December 2012 (Monday)

VIII. Display of Fourth Merit List 1^st January 2013 (Tuesday)

IX. Last date for payment of the dues (4^th list): 5^th January 2013 (Saturday)

X. Merit list 5^th 7^th January 2013 (Monday)

XI. Last date for payment of dues (5^th) 10^th January 2013 (Thursday)

XII. Class work start: 12 January 2013 (Saturday)

Applications complete in all respect should reach the office of the Directorate of Distance education situated in the commerce building opposite IMS Department, bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan by Tuesday, December 4, 2012.
