Allied Bank is seeking applications from dynamic, energetic and self-motivating individuals to join the Bank's Real Estate, Engineering and Infra-structure Development Group (REIG), on the following positions,

Divisional Head - Engineering (based at Lahore)

A senior position, responsible for managing all the construction, renovation, repair & maintenance, signage & branding, building management & housekeeping functions for all the branches and controlling offices, across the country. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: Bachelors or masters degree in civil engineering. Experience: At least 12 years in similar functional area in any medium to large organization. Age: Not more than 45 years as on January 31, 2016.

Unit Head - Project Planning and Costing (based at Lahore)

A middle management position, responsible for carrying out an effective cost-benefit analysis and then successful management of engineering projects through preparing and scheduling of project plans. activity based bench marks and management of project progress-payment relationship. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: Bachelors degree in any engineering field. Experience: Minimum 08 years in a similar position in any medium to large organization. Age: Not more than 40 years as on January 31, 2016.

Unit Head – Construction / Renovation Maintenance (Lahore)

A middle management position, responsible to lead the engineering teams for efficient adherence of specified policies, procedure,:-., instructions, and to ensure that the on-going engineering projects aligned with the standard specifications and are progressing as per the given timelines.

Eligibility Criteria Qualification: Bachelors degree in civil engineering

Experience: Minimum 08 years in a similar position in any of the medium / large organization. 

Age: Not more than 40 years as on January 31. 2016.

Unit Head - Building Maintenance and House Key:; t (Lahore)

A middle management position. responsible to supervise the building maintenance and house-keeping services of ABL buildings and to provide administrative/technical support to the respective maintenance teams. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: Bachelors degree in mechanical, electrical or civil engineering. Experience: Minimum 08 years in a similar position in any of the medium/large organization. Age: Not more than 40 years as on January 31, 2016.

Manager - Signage & Branding (based at Lahore)

A middle management position responsible for timely execution of project proposals and related jobs. Should possess good communication skills and should be well-versed with market strategies for signage and branding process. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: MBA (Marketing) Experience: Minimum 07 years of relevant experience. Age: Not more than 35 years as on January 31, 2016.

Manager - Accounts & Payables (based at Lahore)

A middle management position, proficient in Oracle financial systems, sound experience of financial transactions, bill payments and reconciliations. Well-versed with capital and operational expenses with ability to analyze financial reports. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: Masters in finance, ACCA, CA, MBA (finance). Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant experience. Age: Not more than 35 years as on January 31, 2016.

Managers Engineering Cell (based at Lahore and Multan)

A middle management position responsible for managing the day to day affairs of medium to large scale projects of civil construction and renovation. Well-versed with bidding, tendering processes along with skills to monitor the contractors' progress. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: Bachelor of engineering (civil). Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Age: Not more than 40 years as on January 31, 2016. Associate Managers - Engineering (based at Lahore)

Responsible for civil construction and renovation projects at single or multiple sites and to conduct technical site surveys. Well-versed with bill of quantities, tender documentation and structural drawings, Eligibility Criteria Qualification: Bachelors of engineering (civil). Experience: Minimum OF year of relevant experience in similar position. Age: Not more than 38 years as on January 31, 2016.

Officers / Senior Officers / Engineers – Engineering Cell (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Multan):

Responsible for civil construction and renovation related projects at single or multiple sites. Well-versed with conducting technical site surveys, bill of quantities, tender documentation and structural drawings. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: Bachelors in civil engineering or diploma in civil engineering. Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. Age: Not more than 35 years as on January 31, 2016. .

Officers - Building Maintenance & Housekeeping chore, Karachi, Islamabad, Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar)

Responsible for major services, related to maintenance/housekeeping of the Bank's buildings. Preparing, managing and execution of various service level agreements with the vendors. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: DAE, Diploma in mechanical or electrical fields recognized from the relevant Technical Board, Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience of maintenance and housekeeping related job in a high rise building. Age: Not more than 32 years as on January 31, 2016.

Special Assistant to Chief (based at Lahore)

Excellent communication and project management skills of working in a challenging environment with proactive approach. Proficient in MS Office. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: BRA or B.Com. in at least 2nd division. Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Age: Maximum 30 years as on January 31, 2016. The qualification 'degrees/diplomas' shall be from HEC recognized Pakistani or reputable foreign university and relevant Technical Boards.
