CAMPUS DIRECTOR VACANCY

COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT)

is looking for an experienced professional in academics / teaching  and / or administration at the senior level, preferably in higher education, to be appointed as Director for its Campus at Sahiwal. Job responsibilities include total operation of the campus creating an environment for the fulfillment of its educational goals provide leadership and management of human resource development , strategic and operational planning fiscal planning and control , mobilization of physical resources institutional marketing/ . advancement and students recruitment , hiring, training and support of staff, maintaining compliance with all accreditation / statutory bodies and reporting directly to Rector CIIT in the capacity as the Chief operating officer of the campus.
Interested professionals with qualifications and experience mentioned below and having strong leadership skills with demonstrated track , ability to manage and motivate professionals as a cohesive team, excellent  communication with staff and community , persuasive communication skills with an orientation toward results, ability to multitask in a fast paced environment , an ongoing customer focus, the highest level of integrity at all times , are encouraged to apply.

Qualification and experience :Persons with 16-years degree in any field of natural / social sciences from an accredited educational institution or its equivalent professional qualification with 18-year post-qualification relevant administrative / professional experience in a university or a professional organization at the national or international level may apply. Persons with PhD degree would require 15-year relevant experience and would be given preference. The appointment would for an initial 3-year term , beginning as soon as possible , on a mutually agreed date.
