Alcatel-Lucent is a world leader in fixed and mobile broadband networks, applications and services with operations in more than 130 countries. As part of our GSM operations in Pakistan, we require the following individuals to reinforce our team of professionals:

Radio Network Optimization Leader (Multan & Faisalabad)

• Able to perform Radio Network Optimization for 2G &2.5G Mobile Networks.

• Able to follow up KPIs and lead QoS team to achieve committed targets.

• Possess excellent Communication Skills to interact with client management

• Minimum 3 years experience in RF Optimization field.

Pre-requisites: Bachelor's degree in Telecom/Electrical/Electronic engineering from a reputable university.

Contact Manager

• Responsible for maintaining a seamless relationship between the various interested parties involved with the program.

• Able to analyze the technical part of a new contract and prepare the necessary input to logistics/purchasing manager to place the orders.

• Negotiable with the client whenever required by the program manager.

• Maintain a record of all potential contract variations and claims during the contract.

• Lead the various and claims management activities and act as prime interface to the Alcatel lawyers.

Pre-requisites: MBA  from a reputable university with 5 years of experience.
