Regional Sales Manager
(Based at Quetta and Central Punjab)

The person will be responsible for the overall management of the sales region including consistent development and delivery of sales targets provide strategic input into marketing plans develop and implement regional sales plans effectively manage TTS drive distribution network & infrastructure and built strong and sustainable relationship with customers. The person is also responsible to lead and develop the regional sales team develop and ensure monthly sales targets. The position requires strong analytical and leadership skills. The suitable candidates should hold an MBA degree with at least 5 years experience a sales team of a significant size.
Area Sales Manager
(Islamabad, Jhelum,(Mirpur, Azad Kashmir)
Sahiwal,Gujranwala,Sheikhupura,Lahore,Karachi,&Afghanistan)
The person will be responsible for ensuring sales and achieving growth target in concerned area. Managing relationship with distributors and handle team effectively. Guarantee optimum stock level and timely order generations at distribution operations Assuring delivery of good products availability and visibility. The suitable candidate should hold an MBA degree from an accredited institution. An energized person with eagerness to learn and deliver result, having 2-3 years of experience in retail market is required.
Category Sales Manager / Specialist
(Based in Lahore, with Frequent travel to Afghanistan)

The person will be responsible to develop detailed Category selling strategies, point of purchase strategies & tactics by channel. Generate shopper insights and translate them into meaningful plans across channels implement, monitor, follow-up and evaluate shopper based and tender based programs. Develop and execute new product launch planning. Review and track performance and identify non-conformities for corrective action. The position requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills. at last 3 years background in field sales, brand management of trade marketing is required. In addition to the above points the person will have to liaison with advertising agencies and communications department and business units to develop local language communication and to initiate research & media plans. Frequent traveling to Afghanistan for monitoring of CCSD activities will be involved.
Territory Incharge
(Lahore, Gawadar, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Sahiwal, Gujrranwala, Faisalabad, Jhelum, Peshawar, Mardan, Kohat & Abbottabad)

The person will be responsible for achieving sales target. Maintaining availability of products in retail market. Developing concerned localities as per business need. Handle and supervise distributors. The suitable candidate should be Bachelors from a recognized institute with 1-2 years of experience in sales and merchandising activities of consumer products.
All of those position require ability to work under pressure and a can-do attitude is what we are looking for. An adaptable outlook ,ability to establish and manage good relationship effectively (top bottom and internal/ external) is required. Excellent communication skills (verbal/ written in English & Urdu) good knowledge of MS Office and a flexible personality are other pre requisites for these positions.
