PROFESSIONAL VALUERS
Multan Electrical Power
Company Limited (MEPCO) is a Power Distribution Company with the largest
network spread over 13 districts of Southern Punjab, providing electricity to
3.8 million customers, intends to value its tangible assets including (1) Lands
(2) Building (3) Transmission / Distribution Lines and Equipments (4) Grid
Station Equipments (5) Construction Equipments (6) Vehicles; and (7) Others.
Applications are invited from the Professional valuers registered with Pakistan
Engineering Council and borne on the panel of at least two Financial Institutes
as a valuer satisfying the conditions of rule 8 of Companies (Issue of Capital)
Rules, 1996: having substantial experience in valuation of fixed assets particularly
in Power Sector, registered with PEC in category 1201, 1208 and 1235 and
registered with PBA as no limit valuers.
Interested firms are requested to obtain Terms of Reference (TOR) from the
Office of Finance Director MEPCO, MEPCO Complex, Khanewal Road, Multan and submit their bids accordingly.
Proposals should reach the office of Manager Corporate Accounts, MEPCO Complex,
Khanewal Road Multan by August 30th,
2009.
