CAMPUS DIRECTOR VEHARI

COMSATS Institute of information Technology CIIT is looking for an experienced professional in academic / teaching and / or administration at the senior level, preferably in higher education to be appointed as Campus Director for its yet to be established Vehari Campus.

Job responsibilities include total operation of the campus, creating an environment for the fulfillment of educational goals, provide leadership and management of human resource development , strategic and operational planning, fiscal planning and control, mobilization of physical resources, institutional marketing/advancement and students recruitment, hiring training and support of staff, maintaining compliance with all accreditation / statutory bodies and reporting directly to Rector CIIT in the capacity as the Chief operating officer of the campus.

Interested professionals with qualification and experience mentioned below and having strong leadership skills with demonstrated track record ability to manage and motivate professionals as a cohesive team, excellent communication with staff and community persuasive communication skills with an orientation toward results, ability to work to multi-task in a fast paced environment an ongoing customer focus, the highest levels of integrity at all times , are encouraged to apply.

Qualification & Experience:

Persons with a PhD degree in any field of natural/social sciences from an accredited educational institution, or its equivalent professional qualification, with 15 years relevant administrative professional experience in a university or a professional organization at the national or international level may apply. Age may be exceed 55 years at the time of application/nomination.

The appointment would be for an initial three-years term, beginning as soon as possible, on a mutually agreed date. The selected candidate would be offered market based competitive salary (in excess of Rs. 200,000/- per month ) along with free family accommodation, a 1300cc chauffeur-driven car and other perks.
