Quantity Surveyor - ABL

Positions based at Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, Faisalabad and Multan

Responsibilities:

• Measuring various civil, electrical and mechanical quantities/parameters
• Ensuring proper application of materials consumed
• Preparing rate analysis
• Preparing tender documents and verification of bills (pre and post completion of projects)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a DAE Civil from a reputable institution

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity with a reputable organization

• Aware of current market rates of civil/electrical/HVAC items

• Experienced in the tendering process

• Computer literate, especially in Auto CAD

• Not more than 35 years of age
