Establishment and Development of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur Sub Campus at Rahim Yar Khan"

The Islamia University of Bahawalpur intends to hire Project Staff for PMU of project "Establishment and Development of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur Sub Campus at Rahim Yar Khan" costing Rs. 416.694 million.

For its execution, application are invited form Pakistani nationals for the following posts on project based compensation package on contract for the project period for the following posts:

Post :

• Project Manager (01)

Qualification & Experience :

• B.Sc / BE Architecture, Civil Engineering or in a related field OR Masters in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics with ten (10) years verified experience in construction, project management, supervision and / or construction contract administration.

• Project Management Professionals (PMP) will be preferred.

Other Knowledge, Skills and abilities:

• Understanding of construction project management, principles & techniques, construction documents, plans and specifications.

• Knowledge of construction practices, methods, materials and standards.

• Understanding and knowledge of computer applications & construction related software.

• Understanding & ability to communicate and work with others effectively and cooperatively.

Pay Package:

• 50,000 (Negotiable)

Post :

• Resident Civil Engineer (01)

Qualification & Experience:

• B.Sc. / BE Civil Engineering with more than 5 years of verified relevant work experience in the execution of civil works / development projects in organizations of repute.

• Technically this position will require general specifications, experience related to construction work, supervising, managing, measuring, verification and ensuring the quality & quantity estimation and preparation of B.O.Q.

• Familiarity with Word Processing and Project Maker / MS Project or Primavera will be an added advantage.

Pay Package:

•  Rs. 35,000 (Negotiable)
