Corporate Head (South and Central)

Competencies Required:

• Responsible for achieving the overall banking targets (in terms of assets, trade and EBIT) for their respective regions of responsibility. Manages Team Leaders and Relationship Managers to achieve these targets within specified timeframe, also has responsibility for ensuring quality of portfolio and for maintaining product, fund / fee, revenue split, as per plan.

• Knowledge of Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan or Sialkot markets in case of Central Region, and Karachi in case of South Region.

• In-depth knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations, Trade Finance and Credit Risks.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills with financial analysis ability.

• Must have 12 to 15 years of relevant experience.

• Preferably M.B.A from a reputable institute.

Senior Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking (Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad)

Competencies Required:

• Responsible to lead a team of Relationship Managers to optimize key business matrices, such as, customer relationship focus, revenue and profitability. Evaluates market developments and identifies opportunities for growth of commercial banking business. Maintains relationship with customers within assigned geographical area of responsibility.

• Market knowledge of key business cities across the country.

• In-depth knowledge of Commercial Credit and Trade Finance.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills with financial analysis ability.

• Must have 7 to 10 years of relevant experience (SME / Corporate / Commercial).

• Preferably M.B.A. / M.Com from a reputable Institute.

Relationship Manager, Retail Banking (Major Cities of Pakistan)

Competencies Required:

• Manages deposit portfolio for growth, services and attrition.

• Responsible for deposit mobilization. Liaises with current and prospective clients to provide advice on the Bank's products, for e.g., Bank assurance and high-end investment products. Manages 2 to 4 Business Development Officers.

• Pipeline development for business growth.

• Result oriented and target driven. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. Must possess a pleasant personality.

• Must have 2 to 4 years financial products sales experience (Banking experience, preferably in Liability Sales).

• Minimum Graduate, preferably B.B.A.

Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Competencies required:

• Provide strategic support towards compensation & benefits segment. Ensures timely execution of Compensation & Benefits disbursements and validates the internal and external equity of new hires.

• Knowledge of market practices in the area of Compensation and Benefits.

• Creative, with good interpersonal and communication skills and financial analysis ability.

• Must have 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.

• Preferably M.B.A. from a reputable institute.

Learning and Capability Specialist

Competencies required:

• Responsible for building employee capabilities to ensure a correct fit with the Bank's strategic goals.

• Plans, develops and implements strategy for Organizational Development.

• Knowledge of market practices in the area of Learning and Organizational Development.

• Creative with good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Must have 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.

• Preferably M.B.A. from a reputable Institute.
